Paraclete Academy

Summer Program

June 30th through July 29th

Monday – Thursday

From 9:15 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

The Paraclete Academy Summer Program offers students a chance to learn the mathematics, reading, writing, and discussion skills they will need for middle school.  Students will read one book a week, and they will spend their time in class analyzing that book.

In the mornings, students will take:

1 hour of Math

1 hour of English

On Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons, Paraclete students will take field trips to the U.S.S. Constitution, the Peabody Museum, and the MFA. They will stay overnight at Thompson Island, and visit many other museums and sites in the city of Boston.

On Monday and Thursday afternoons, Paraclete students will work in a community garden, explore South Boston, run, play, and  LEARN THROUGH ACTION.
